In December 1999, Nemesis [13] of Skinned Deep had a vision. He would terrorize the world of music with a solo project. This project, tearing out influences from Velvet Acid Christ, Lords of Acid, Church of Rust, Nine Inch Nails, and other such bands, has turned into what N[13] would call a masterpeice. In 2000 he started working on material, never beeing satisfied with any of it until the following year. In 2001, the mastermind behind XES [Resurrected], AX[R], came into the picture to further help out N[13]. later that year, they released the first release of Ni. It was entitled "Dark Valentine" and it was released on Funeral Disease Records.
